Cameroonian Division Clubs Coaches Go Through Training in Brazil
Cameroon five coaches of a Division clubs left Yaounde to Brazil on Saturday where they must participate in a couple of week long intern program, the Sports Ministry APA said.
Originally scheduled to last three months, the course was shortened due to the professional sports season underway in the country.
Announced to be a routine exercise, the training programmers of Cameroonian tacticians in Brazil are the fruit of the partnership that the two countries signed in early August, according the Ministry of Sports.
Cameroon sports officials say they are willing to raise the standard of the league by giving local trainers who in turn provide knowledge to local talent.
According to The International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS), The Cameroon division 1 club MTN Elite 1 is 6th position in Africa.
