“For the Pakistan Flood Victims” Cameroon Donates Us $ 50,000

In response to appeals by the Secretary General of OIC, Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, after the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has been hit by the worst floods in 80 years, the Government of the Republic of Cameroon has generously provided financial humanitarian assistance the amount of $ 50,000 for the benefit of flood victims in Pakistan.

The OIC Secretary General commended the creditable sign of Cameroon, which actually illustrates the noble values of Islamic solidarity in action.

The donation made by Cameroon will be paid directly to the account of General Assembly of the Secretariat of the OIC and it used to improve the problem faced by the people of Pakistan, who suffering from aftermath of the floods.
